Senior technical expert for Filenet systems development and support. Leader and active participant in all aspects of systems development from requirements refinement and system design through application development, testing, implementation and post implementation support.. Prepare detailed specifications for other programmers to implement code. Mentor and act as a leader for developers who are new to the Filenet platform. Provide consulting to Lines Of Business on complex engagements.
**Create specifications for complex programs.
**Perform coding for complex programs.
**Perform estimating for major engagements with multiple complex modules.
**Assign tasks to other developers and monitor/manage progress.
**Provide significant input into performance appraisal for other developers.
**Provide consulting to LOB regarding projects and strategic direction.
**Proactively communicate issues to manager / project manager.
**Ensure quality of developed code through code walkthroughs, QA and testing.
**Provide production support to installed applications.
In order to be considered for employment, the qualified candidate will have the following criteria:
**3+ years experience developing and implementing Filenet imaging and workflow applications.
**Experience supporting production Filenet applications.
**Experience supporting large repositories with more than 1 million objects.
**Excellent communication skills.
**Requirements analysis skills.
**Strong design and estimating skills.
**Experience mentoring developers who are new to the Filenet platform.
**Experience performing a major release upgrade on Filenet.
**Ability to act as a leader within a high performing technical team.
Knowledge in any of the following areas is a plus:
