EDUCATION MANAGER Cleveland, OH metropolitan area
Private non-profit leader providing services to children with special needs and their families is searching for a talented and mission‐aligned individual to steward its education programming through a critical juncture of growth, continuous improvement and innovation in the position of Education Manager (EM).
The EM reports to the organization’s Director of Programs and supervises the Technical Assistance Program, Autism programs and Child Development Center and has six somewhat overlapping, and often interrelated, functional responsibilities:
• Staff/Division Leadership • Administrative/Departmental Activities • Planning/Budgeting Activities • Program Evaluation • Program Development • Personal Development
Interested candidates must possess the following:
Qualifications: • Minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience including at least five years of teaching experience and at least three years of supervisory/management experience. • Master’s Degree in Education, Special Education, Early Childhood Development, or related field
