Primary responsibilities are new Java web development and ongoing application enhancement and support. These positions require good systems analysis, design and testing skills, and a willingness to adhere to accepted development standards.

**Ability to communicate with end users to collect, understand and document business requirements.
Required Technical Skills:
**Experience developing business applications with Java, J2EE, web services, XML/XSLT, JSP/HTML, JSPs and Servlets.
**Web GUI design aptitude.
**Experience working with an application server.
**Strong understanding of Oracle database.
Desired Technical Skills:
**Experience with any of the following is a plus: Hibernate, ANT, CVS, EJB, JavaScript, PL/SQL and UML.
**WebLogic, WebSphere, WebMethods application server experience.
