AmeriMark Direct is a catalog direct marketer of women’s apparel and shoes, name brand cosmetics and fragrances, jewelry, watches and accessories, and health-related merchandise and continuity membership programs.
We are actively seeking a Call Center Compliance Analyst. This position serves as an “internal auditor” responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal telemarketing regulations for “negative option” continuity programs. This position will collaborate with staff at multiple locations in order to help develop and monitor standards and advise on operational issues. Additionally, this position will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations and communications with third parties.
The qualified candidate will have 3-5 years compliance related telemarketing experience. We are looking for a strong team player with excellent oral and written communication skills, familiarity with FTC and FCC guidelines, excellent analytical skills, ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once, and strong PC skills. Degree and proficiency in Excel and Word required. Position may require some travel.
