U.C.F.S., an affiliate of the Cleveland-based Scott Fetzer Company, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, has been providing consumer financing throughout the United States and Canada for over twenty-five years.
An immediate full-time, second shift opening exists for a bilingual, Spanish-speaking individual who is interested in establishing a career in the financial service industry.
The position consists of providing superior customer service and negotiating payment arrangements with our customers. Experience is a plus but we are willing to train the candidate who possesses the desire to achieve and grow within our positive, team-oriented work environment.
Second Shift:
Monday - Friday 4:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
Saturday monthly rotation required
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual, speak Spanish fluently
- Excellent customer interaction skills
- Good keyboarding skills
- Team/goal oriented
- Professional work ethic, dependable
- Call center experience is a plus, but not required
Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
