The regular wekly rate on the room pictured below is $130 per week for one person. If you prepay for 4 weeks the rate is reduced to $120 per week. All rooms require a $100 deposit.
I have fully furnished rooms available starting @ $100 per week including small refrigerator, television and microwave, all utilities, wireless internet and cable TV with HBO included. Some have been totally remodeled, some with kitchenettes, some with air conditioning. All have a private entrance and bathroom with shower. Different room options therefore different prices. No pets of any kind and smoking outside only. Coin laundry onsite. Many restaurants within walking distance, Subway, Arabica, Theresa's Pizza, Panda Chinese & Musketeers Bar & Grill.
