Food Service Atmosphere Cleanliness Overall      P.F. Chang's Love the Food My husband and I discovered PF Changs almost a year ago. We now go frequently since it has become our favorite restaurant. There is plenty on the menu for everyone from spicy to regular. The prices are decent and we only had one bad experience with a waiter. Overall, its a great place to dine. Food Service Atmosphere Cleanliness Overall      Uncle Al's Pizza Near Perfection I've been going to Uncle Al's for at least 10 years. I remember when there was a sit down restaurant at the Olmsted Falls location! I savor the baked potato fries, love the cheezy crust pizzas, and their foldovers are amazing. Their menu items are diverse and delicious. I have never had a complaint about the food or service when I am there. The owner is a really nice guy, and it's great that he is there most days. Food Service Atmosphere Cleanliness Overall      Don's Lighthouse Grille waste of money and time Wow what can I say. It took 45 min. to get a beer. Half the stuff on the menu they were out of. We reserved a room for a big party and they were unable to handle simple requests. When we finally did get food it was good (not great), the service was lame. The waiter did not have any idea how bad he was at his job. 1/2 the meals came out and 30 min. later the other 1/2 were served. I got a free beer for the mix up, so sad. I live in California and took my daughter and grandson to this place when I was in Cleveland the end of October, 2009. She lives in Cleveland and had never heard of this place. The food and service was outstanding and very reasonable priced. I will go back to this restaurant when I return in May, 2010 and any time I return to Cleveland.
