Penn Station Restaurant
Always Tasty Food anf Friendly Service
I agree with Paula. I create my own combination with grilled meat and cheese topped with lettuce and extra tomatoes. The hot/cold combination is amazing because Penn Station's ingredients are always fresh. My youngest son is also a very picky eater and graduated from eating just the delicious fries to eating an entire 12" sub by himself! The employees are always friendly and know our order. We dine in a lot and facilities are always clean.

rules rules and more rules
My husband and I went there with another couple on a friday during Lent. The other couple was running to the ATM, because the sign stated No Credit Cards accepted. The hostess would not seat us until all 4 of us were standing in front of her. Then when you are seated, there is a sign on the table that begins "we are not a fast food restaurant, blah, blah, blah". We placed our order with a very nice waitress and then proceeded to wait 1 hour and 25 minutes for our food to arrive (hence the "we are not a fast food restaurant"). So after complaining to the waitress on the length of time it took, she sent over the owner (Mike). He was not a nice man.....(putting it mildly) his response to our complaint of having to wait so long was, did we have a problem with the food, to which we responded that we had not yet tasted it. We also noticed that there was not much food coming out of the kitchen at all, and his response to that was if we saw any of his employees just standing around, let him know who they were and then he mumbled something we were sure was not so nice and walked away. We will never return to this establishment.
