Kim Are You Listening?
I don't understand why nothing's been done about the service at Kim's. I visited this location one time and one time only. The person taking my order was so rude, I refused to return. I agree that Kim should take heed to these complaints. I for one, won't be giving them any more of my money. Even Great Food is not worth being treated like this.

food heaven
I was visiting ohio when I first tasted kims wings on lakeshore and st clair. The food was super and service was fine. The resturants are very clean for a carry out resturant. I have tried severak itens on the menu all were good. I will definetely be back again great.

What to expect
Kims Wings food is Delicious. Crispy flaky texture, drenched in tangy flavorful sauce. It is definately the best wings in Cleveland! Best when fresh. Yes, the service isn't the best, but look where it is. Off of St. Clair and E.140 something. Don't expect 5star service. The girl giving you the food is arguing with her baby daddy on her cell phone while she callin out numbers. Good food ppl but its in the middle of the hood. Shut up, place your order, and head back home Bfor it gets cold. Angela Mia Pizza has the same concept. But Kims is great... Its even open late night. But only go to the one on St. Clair. The other one can't match the taste of the original Kims.

Ghetto People
it looks as if the only ppl having problems with kims service is the ppl dining at the kims on st.clair to be honest i think the onoly reason u guys are having these problems are because the employees of that kims are just plain ghetto they have no manners and no sense of respect at least for the ppl their sevring i live n euclid and have only been to the one on st.clair the times that the one on lakeshore wasnt open so.......same neighborhood...same people!

Do what you have to do...
I ordered wings and when I got home the wings were terrible. They were old and greasy. I called to let them know and the young man said just bring them back. When I get the wings I said I want to look at them and he said do what you have to do. Poor customer service. Also, I wanted a slice of cake and I had to tell the young lady to wash her hands.

Good Food, Crappy Service!
The food at Kim's is pretty good. However, I would patronize the restaurant much more often if it had competent workers! Every time I place an order the person is acts as if I'm bothering them and they never - and I'm dead serious - can tally the total cost of my order! Kim or who ever owns the place should listen to these complaints.

poor phone etiquette
I called Kim's and asked do they accept visa. the lady rudely said, "you will see when you get here". So I guess she doesnt know whether the has a visa machine or not. So I took my business elsewhere

bad service at kims
the service at kims is bad. i ordered two slabs of ribs, imagine my surprise when i got home and had two boxes of nothing but fries with sauce. i paid 39.90 for this. the food is good though, but not worth it if you are going to go through this.

Wings Good....Service Bad!
This is a carryout venue...meaning the first customer contact is either via phone or in-person. This is where Kim's could potentially lose their customers. The phone etiquette leaves much to be desired. A customer who knows their food will tolerate this. A customer referred by someone they trust and warned about the poor customer service will accept it. A customer dialing without prompting will never call again. In person is just as bad. Kim's has been in business for quite some time. Frankly it's disappointing that you find such chaos in a long standing business. Because the food is good, we continue to order. However, I wish they'd come up with a more organized carryout system and include some customer satisfaction in that system...becuase it's still one of my favorite places.
