best wing night ever!!!!
30 cent wings on Thursdays are the best. They are the big wings with actual meat on them!!not the tiny wings in other joints. The sauce choices are awesome there are like a dozen to choose from. I don't care about the 10 minimun on credit cards I see that more often at more places. If you don't have $3 cash maybe you should not be going out!! Great time every time! Lincoln park pub rocks!

Taco Tuesdays Rock
I don't know what these last two are talking about. The LPP is one of my favorite bars in the city. The only problem on Taco Tuesdays is finding a seat. There is a reason that it's packed every week.
All I'm saying is that if whistleblower from lakewood hates it so much why keep going back?
Because it's the cheapest place to drink in Tremont? Yes! Because the tacos rock? Yes! Because the patio is one of the best in the city? Yes!
o.k. the jukebox is a little expensive now. Fairplay to you.

bad customer service
it is true about the $10 minimum...this violates lincoln park's agreement with credit card companies (specifically their agreement with visa and master card, maybe others). i reported them to visa when i got home yesterday. if this happens to you, report them too...they can be fined for this and even dropped from being able to accept visa at all... especially if enough people complain...it makes the credit card companies look bad and they don't want that. the pub should lose business from being dropped from the c-card companies. i know of a bar in ohio city ( <2 miles away) that just got dropped from visa !!! i won't mention that bar's name since i frequent there ( i did report them too though).
also, FOUR TIMES in the past year ( i've only been there a few more times than that...never again) 4x this year they have messed up my order on taco tuesdays...how hard is it to get a taco order right??? high school kids at taco bell don't mess up that much !!!!!!
i was there yesterday on their patio and it took ~40 minutes for the server to acknowledge that i was there...i had to go inside to reorder beers!!! she was nice, but 40 minutes? at least this time, eventually i got what i orderred--bean tacos instead of beef--if you are a vegetarian, ALWAYS make sure that they don't give beef tacos instead of bean because they don't seem to care what they give you... i recommend (if anything at all) to get the uncooked shells because they deep fry their shells which literally DRIPS grease. ooooo yuck.
the environment is not up to par with other trendy wannabe tremont pubs. the bar is dark and dank. it reeks of last night's beer on the floor.

Nothin' Special
There's nothing particularly special about this bar. I've stopped by with friends a few times, bartenders aren't particularly friendly and the food is of the variety I'd only eat when absolutey obliterated. The crowd itself is mixed btw yuppie "flipped" Tremont and the working locals: you'll always fit in. The jukebox isn't anything to tout. However, live music is sometimes available, though I swear it's been the same guy on 3 different occasions which leads me to question the variety. Sum it all up: every neighborhood has a local bar with no distinguishing qualities. This bar falls under that category.

CC Minimums are Illegal!
Beware when visitng this establishment. They require a $10 minimum on credit cards... which is illegal. The last time I was there, the bartender tossed back my credit card and told me "don't worry about it" with his best snarky attitude. My friend and I then decided to combine our checks so we could actually pay our bill and the server told us that they couldn't do that and that "you two just figure it out". So I guess my money was no good there, but my friend and I got free beer.
I've been there less than a dozen times but have consistently received the same rude service. The food is typical bar food; bland and greasy and the jukebox is full of embarassing 90's frat boy rock. There is nothing redeeming to bring me back.

Drinkin at the Lincoln!
Love this place. I am comfortable everytime I go there. I could be dressed to the nines or in a pair of sweats and I always fit right in. The staff is super friendly and can mix a mean drink. Burgers are huge and the wings are tasty. I stop by whenever I can.
