I checked out this restaurant out for a lunch place within walking distance of my job. I was very surprised at how clean and authentic it was. This restaurant is located where 'The Big Egg' used to be. The exterior does not give a good view of what the inside will be like. It is a chinese/vietnamese restaurant. It is very authentic in playing chinese music, and in its decor.
I was greeted very friendly and received a glass of water and a pot of tea. I ordered General Tso's Chicken thinking that it would be a good opportunity for me to judge the food. For $6.25 it came with an egg roll and pork fried rice.
My food was brought to me within 5 minutes. I could not believe the quantity! The chicken was piled high, and the rice was piled right next to it. Really, there was a lot to eat.
And eat I did! The sauce for the Tso's was very very tasty. The pork fried rice had excellent tang with what looked like very fresh ingredients.
I will be making this a standard spot from now on. I hope you do too.
