Great food Nice atmosphere and service!
The food is fantastic! The staff is friendly and curteous, always happy to greet you with a smile and warm hello.. I recommend mama Roberto's to all who would like to enjoy Authentic italian food in huge portions (enough for 2 meals) Now that's what I like....with a wonderful group of people. They make you feel so welcome and like you are part of their big italian family.

Think again
Having lunch a 1:00 in the afternoon should allow for good service and food. Our service was poor, the salads came after the entrees, the lettuce, was old. The waitress did not know the difference in entree and the staff was rude, especially the cashier. We repeatedly asked for a refills on our drinks as though only one serving was available. We did have 6 adults and 2 children. But I would think again about going here seriously and would not suggest this restaurant to anyone. The food is expensive and the service was something to be desired.

Mmm Mmm Good!
Always great food! Always leave full, an always with leftovers.
I usually get the eggplant parmesan. Think it's around $12 ???
Comes with homemade rolls, a fresh crisp salad, an a lil' side of spaghetti. So Delicious!

Best Italian food I have ever had!
I love Mama's! I'm from West Virginia and I have a friend in Mentor who I go visit about once every year and this is the place we always eat. The food is awesome, especially the open faced chicken marsala sandwich, the people who work there are so nice, and the prices are reasonable. The garlic balls they give you to eat while you wait are one of my favorite parts. Definitely a great place to eat...I would drive from West Virginia just to eat here!

always go back !!!
I have eaten here several times and will always go back. The portions are huge and the food is wonderful. The best part is I can eat for three days on what we buy. The kids love the pasta and meatball subs. The chicken salad is to die for. The service is wonderful and the owners are very polite and sociable. I would recommend this to anyone.

Bring your BIGGEST appetite!
My husband & I ate there tonight. He got the marinara pasta and I got the chicken alfredo. The bill came to $29 w/ 2 sodas. We felt it was a bit pricy. They seem to be going for quantity though. You can eat on that same dish for 3 days. So I hope you like leftovers. We both felt the taste should be the draw not the SIZE. I don't think we'll go back.
