In its own cheerful way, Marcelita's pushes the boundaries of Mexican cuisine with distinctive sauces (try the tangy Suiza, made from green tomatillos) and surprising ingredients (the rice, for example, is studded with peas). The fish taco is a tasty case in point: a fried filet of white fish served with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo and yogurt-ranch sauce in a flour tortilla. Other fine choices are the chiles rellenos (fresh poblano pepper filled with Chihuahua cheese and covered with a seasoned tomato sauce), seafood enchiladas topped with sour cream and your choice of Suiza, mole or ranchero sauce - and, of course, the ""Marvelous Margaritas."" That's no empty promise, confirms one Twinsburg employee who has downed his share with co-workers. ""The margaritas are good,"" he says. ""This is where we do our margarita work.""
