Simply Awful
I tried this place in 2005 and stayed away for 4 years. Thinking there has to be a reason why the parking lot looks full I gave it another chance. Unfortunately, I cant explain why this place still has customers. The bad news is all of the entrees my party had were tasteless and warm. The good news is that the portions are very small for a Mexican restaurant. Usually this is a bad thing, but when the entrees are that bad, small is better.
The complimentary chips were left half full. They were also tasteless and not fresh.
The server did a nice job, but my wife should have taken the hint when she responded to the question of "How is the yellow fin Tuna fajitas. She said we serve alot of them, but never said they were good...My wife should have picked up on this.
Hate to wish ill will on a restaurant, but this one amazes me on how it keeps people coming back.
Drink prices were reasonable...

In its own cheerful way, Marcelita's pushes the boundaries of Mexican cuisine with distinctive sauces (try the tangy Suiza, made from green tomatillos) and surprising ingredients (the rice, for example, is studded with peas). The fish taco is a tasty case in point: a fried filet of white fish served with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo and yogurt-ranch sauce in a flour tortilla. Other fine choices are the chiles rellenos (fresh poblano pepper filled with Chihuahua cheese and covered with a seasoned tomato sauce), seafood enchiladas topped with sour cream and your choice of Suiza, mole or ranchero sauce - and, of course, the ""Marvelous Margaritas."" That's no empty promise, confirms one Twinsburg employee who has downed his share with co-workers. ""The margaritas are good,"" he says. ""This is where we do our margarita work.""
