Best french dip ever!
The meat was great, the bread was perfect, the au jus was not salty like most are. Also, shared a small order of the loaded homemade chips - OMG were those good. Bigger serving than I would've expected and who came up with such a weird but delicious combination of flavors??? Nice, elegant atmosphere. Tom, our server was very knowledgable and good personality. Prices were very reasonable. Just driving thru but I will be back!

Hudson’s Restaurant on the Green, give it a try you'll be glad you did !
You’ll enjoy Hudson’s Restaurant on the Green, great atmosphere, efficient and friendly service and best of all exceptional food. Rarely can one truly have a perfect meal but the three of us all agreed that our dinners could not have been better. As the name implies the restaurant is pleasantly located on the beautiful Hudson Green a nice change from the too often bleak large parking lots of many other restaurants. The food was surprisingly reasonable, especially considering the high quality and enjoyable presentation. I strongly recommend that you all give Hudson’s Restaurant on the Green a try, I’m sure you’ll enjoy it and return often as I intend to do in the near future.

Best Food in Hudson Area
Visiting Hudson's Restaurant on the Green was surely a treat! The atmosphere and decor were beautiful with a classical jazz music background, a full bar with great martini specials! All of the servers are very well informed about the menu, and the chef specials, and very courteous and friendly. I had the Jamaican Pork Tenderloin with rice pilaf and veggies. It was delicious and reasonably priced at $12.99. My friend had the grilled BBQ meatloaf with smashed potatoes. It was also delicious and cost $9.99. I intend to visit this restaurant again in the near future.
