June 03, 2005        This Twinsburg establishment may be an Irish pub, but there's a whole lot more on the menu besides boxty and corned beef. Diners can take a culinary trip around the world in a single meal by ordering the quesadilla appetizer, an Asian ginger salad, the Jimmy the Greek gyro sandwich and tiramisu for dessert. ""I guess we wanted to feed everyone,"" says Mary Jo Demopoulos, who opened the restaurant in March 2001 with her husband, Bill. But those expecting Irish fare will hardly go away disappointed: O'Linn's fish and chips, Dublin BBQ ribs and various versions of Flanagan's boxty (including grilled salmon over the potato pancakes) are among the many selections. Mary Jo is Irish, but that's not the only reason the couple decided on this theme. She says her husband, who's Greek, fell in love with Ireland on a trip there in 1995. The name, she says, comes from a fictional character after their own hearts: ""a wise old woman who liked to have a good time."" Review By:
