This Place Has REALLY Changed


From the outside, this place still looks kind of like the restaurants that just didn't make it at this location in Hudson, but the similarity ends there. This place is WONDERFUL. The wait staff is very attentive. Water was poured at the table as we sat down, and the server followed soon thereafter. The dinner specials he recited were a little overwhelming, but all sounded good. We had a stuffed pepper appetizer that was very tasty with a little bit of a kick. Entrees were a "Filet de Centro" filet mignon that was a very generous cut, and a chicken ravioli with a 4-cheese sauce. both were great and served with steamed veggies, saffron rice, and some homemade chips. This place also has a nice wine selection, with a good pour in a large glass. The ambience is kind of a Spanish or Portugese mediteranean atmosphere (DON'T mention Mexican restaurants - this is definitely not one). The check didn't smoke my credit card either. All in all, a great dining experience.
