cook wont listen to servers
went in and ordered a breakfest meal. two eggs over easy, three sausage links, well done.home fries extra crispy and bacon.the bacon was the only thing cooked right my meal was brought to me about threee minutes after i ordered it. the sausage was barley warm and the home fries were more boiled the fried.i had to tell the waitress that the meal was not to my liking when she came back over to see if i needed coffee. i explained the sausage was barley warm and here reply was the cook never does anything she wants. i asked her then i should be the one who sufers for this. me being the paying customer and she started to argue with me that its not her fault.that may be true but what has happened to customer service and getting what you pay for in this country.i would not visit there again

Amazing Food, Great Buy
Curiosity struck me one afternoon. I wanted to go out to eat with some family members but didn't know where to make my move. A family friend recommended I give Minerva a try. He retorted, "You won't be disappointed." I took my family there and true to his word, I was not disappointed one bit. The food was amazing, the salad bar delicious in its own right, the service very likable. The wait for the food was very quick. This Greek owned restaurant is a great place to relax and eat hearty meals. The people are welcoming and the feel is homey. I'll be sure to come back real soon.

Excellent food! Beats national chains anyday!
Lately, i've been really down on eating at usually expensive 'national chains'. The food pricing, selection, quality, cleanliness, and service isn't nearly as good as many of the local, presumably Greek owned and run diners and 'family restaurants'. The thing I LOVE about eating at diners and 'family restaurants' is that I am patronizing locally owned and run businesses (rather than national chains), and the pride that goes into running these places shows! Prices are lower, the home made food is sourced locally and tastes fresh, and the restaurants seem cleaner and more professionally run. 'Minervas' is no exception. The dining room is spacious with large booths/tables, and the owner or one of his family is usually there to greet you and make sure your experience goes perfectly! Which is why I will continue to dine there.

Good spot for breakfast
The grum bellies were hitting me hard that morning
I had 20 minutes until my next bus.
My first visit was pleasant.
I was told that a big party of breakfast goers were there and they may be delayed in getting me my order.I was very pleasantly surprised at the short wait.
I have been there for takeouts since.I ate in once and was treated cordially.
The hash browns are not greasy(I was surprised)
The portions are good and they have egg substitute for the scrambled eggs.
Very clean with a homey feel to it.

Great Buy!
For anyone in RR/Fairview area, this is really a great (and cheap find!). HomeMade food made daily and absolutely yummy! Great/HUGE salad bar with homemade soups ( a meal in itself) and fresh food for all appetites!
