Bueno every time July 08, 2007 Food Service Atmosphere Cleanliness Overall        We go here quite a bit. I like the green salsa. It's hotter. Regular salsa is tasty. Guacamole is PRIMO!! For a great meal at a low price...this is the place. Don't let the adjacent Day's Inn fool you. This place is as authentic as you can get in Cleveland. (Think Luchita's 20 years ago). Service and change of recipes have turned this diamond to a dud. December 02, 2005 Food Service Atmosphere Cleanliness Overall        We used to love going to Nuevo until recently. It tastes like they have changed their recipe for their chicken and beef. Which is a shame because it was perfect before. It almost tastes like they have added curry to it. The service has also been extremely slow the last three times we have gone. After the third time, we have decided not to go there anymore. It used to be worth the long drive, but not anymore. They also tend to bring out the appetizers and the main course at the same time. I also believe that they may have a one drink maximum. The heat is on with the salsa and chips - the restaurant's signature blend of fresh cilantro, green onions and tomato packs a real kick. Douse the fire with an icy, fruited margarita. A large selection of appetizers, entrees and combos are interspersed with vegetarian and seafood dishes. Try the delicious steak al chipotle, marinated beef strips sauteed in a chipotle cream sauce, or tangy pollo a la crema, chicken breast with fresh, plump mushrooms in a Parmesan cheese sauce (both entrees are house specials).
