Never Again
Two weeks ago I was at Playhouse Square to see "Gone with the Wind" with my mom and sister. We were killing time before the movie, looking around and saw Otto Moser's. We were intrigued, but not hungry. Last night, we went back to Playhouse Square to see "West Side Story" and decided to grab a bite at the restaurant. When we got there, we had to seat ourselves and after sitting at the table for about 10 minutes, the waitress finally came over and asked us what we wanted. We didn't even have menus at that point, so we asked her if she could bring us a menu. 10 minutes later, she comes back with a piece of paper. The choices were pretty meager. Appetizers included chicken tenders, cheese sticks, crab cakes and a soup of the day. There were a couple of salad choices and a few entrees including a chicken sandwich, burger and some fish. Nothing that didn't include meat, so if you are a vegetarian, you might want to try someplace else. We placed our order and waited. And waited. And waited. Then, a guy walks past our table and trips on a chair (because they had the tables crammed so closely together) and falls on top of my sister, causing her to spill some of her water all over the table. The waiting continued. Finally, we flagged down what seemed like the only other employee there and asked if our food would be coming up soon, since we had been waiting quite awhile already. He came back with our order and we immediately asked for the check, since we were now running late for the movie. The food was fine, nothing special but the service there is horrible, slow and a little bit rude. There are so many other places to go downtown that I definately won't be going back to this place any time soon.

Awful
I've eaten here a handful of times and each visit has been worse then the previous time. I stopped going there after my last visit. I ordered the chicken philly sandwich which arrived as dry chicken on a bun. No onions, peppers, cheese or anything else listed on the menu. When I asked where the missing items were -- the waitress asked me what the problem was and what I wanted added. I said just what's listed on the menu. She brought me jarred mushrooms, onions and peppers and a piece of cheese. just awful.
