YES! YES! YES!
For our grandson's 13th birthday celebration this past weekend, there were 11 for dinner, including two younger sisters, and great-grandma. We ordered the Outback Special Steaks, also Chicken Griller, Macaroni & Cheese, Ribs, Onion Soup; blooming onion, shrimp on the barbie, and cheesy fries appetizers and variety of beverages. We were seated promptly, although we did not call ahead. The service was great, the food was delicious. Yes, I definitely recommend the Outback Restaurant in Westlake OH.

Outback -Not worth the name steak house
First I will say we were seated promptly upon arrival but from there it went downhill at a rapid decline. Our server was more interested in watching the baseball game and pounding on the side of our booth than serving us. We ordered steaks and we could have had hamburgers from Wendy's that had more flavor. I am convinced that their filet is NOT from the tenderloin but from the sirloin bc it was not at all tender and had NO flavor except for the bleu cheese on top of it. Everything looked dirty and it was so loud in there we could barely talk to eachother. I'm not an old fogey but part of my dinner enjoyment is talking to the person I'm eating with. I assure you even if George Bush invites us we WILL NOT BE BACK. Additionally, I was sick all night.

Not so good Food/ Dirty?
Oh my God just had a terrible experience here! Just kind of wish when you serve your top rated steak you clean your grill, not too enamored with all that extra creosote from the grill on my Steak, let alone what I paid for it was too much and a bit tough! My wife complained about the Shrimp she had and I kidded with it was way over cooked and quite frankly she could have bounced it on the floor like a ball. Also the Bake Potato had a weird flavor, and smelled and way too overly salted.I complained to the Manager named Scott (very arrogant) and although he made somewhat of an adjustment I wasn't happy with his personality and character. My wife also claimed that the bathroom was horrendous and wondered if they ever changed the waste baskets dirty mirrors, etc. We both decided not to go back to the Outhouse I mean Outback Steakhouse again.
