Love the Food
My husband and I discovered PF Changs almost a year ago. We now go frequently since it has become our favorite restaurant. There is plenty on the menu for everyone from spicy to regular. The prices are decent and we only had one bad experience with a waiter. Overall, its a great place to dine. Go early or call ahead to put yourself on the waiting list if you are a late diner. The spicy chicken is my all time favorite.

Absolutely the BEST!
I have never had a bad meal at PF Chang's nor have heard of anyone else having one (except anonymous from Beachwood). I will be going there again this afternoon. It might be a little pricey, but you get what you pay for! I have been to many Chinese restaurants in the Cleveland area and many of them have low quality slop. Unless of course it is really about paying $5.50 for a meal? PF Chang's is above the rest! I am not a high classed person from Orange, Hunting Valley or Moreland Hills for that matter, yet I am treated just as well. High quality food, good service, excellent waiting crew and staff, a clean restaurant and restrooms that do not require using your foot to flush! I can't say that for the other Chinese restaurants. Just because the staff runs around like chickens with their heads cut off at those other Chinese restaurants, doesn't mean that the quality is high!

Over Priced and Over Spiced!
This was my second trip to P.F. Chang's. The first was a couple years ago and was disappointing, however, for some reason I had the urge to go and try it again. Fool me once, fool me twice, you will not fool me again P.F. Changs!! You are better off going to your local Chinese family owned restaurant if you want good Chinese food. The appetizers were okay, spring rolls and steamed vegetable dumplings. However the Vegetable Chow Fun I ordered was not so "fun". The noodles were not cooked properly. Some were rubbery and could not even bite through them, others were extremely hard and hurt my teeth! It didn't have much flavor except for what seemed to be red pepper flakes, which made my tongue burn. My friend ordered the Ginger Chicken. He thought it tasted pretty good until about an hour after our meal and all the next day when he felt sick to his stomach. I say save your money and go somewhere else. Most of the people whom dine there frequently either don't know what good food is; are just image conscious snobs who are too good for the local take-out place; or just like P.F. Changs as a hang out place for the atmosphere and the drinks.

We had the time of our life !!!
My wife and I recently dined at P.F. Chang's in Beachwood. We arrived at aproxamatly 7:30 on a Busy Saturday night, and decided to have a drink at the bar as there was a 1-1/2 hr. wait for a table. I could not believe how busy the bar was as well, we did finally manage to get a couple seats at the bar, and was proptly greated by the bartender, we orderd a couple glasses of wine about $14.00. He then offered us a dinner menu, we couldn't help but notice everyone was eating at the bar, and they all seemed to be having a great time. We also decided to eat at the bar but we really did not know what to order, so we asked the bartender if he had any suggestions and he told us to sit back and let him take care of everything, so we did. He then proceded to order up probably one of the best dinners my wife and I have ever eaten. It was a Chicken and Black Bean dish with a Side of Szechuan asparagus with shrimp added and brown rice. Wow ! who would have thought... We capped it off with a couple of espresso martini's. Everything was about $45.00.
I would like to say if you are ever in the area and want the best experience ever, stop in and see the guy's at the bar, my bartender was Mark, but they all seemed wonderful. Thank's again P.F.Chang's......Great Job!
