Awful Service again and again


I am a frequenter of this Paninis, and though I love the atmosphere and the food, the service is repeatedly very bad. Simple requests are received with eye rolls and sighs. The most recent experience and lack of respect I received was so frustrating, I will no longer be a regular customer.

Poor Service at Paninis on Coventry


I know that I should temper my expectations, but I have found the service poor on two separate occasions. Indifferent. The staff makes the customer feel like they're doing you a favor. The food is average at best, but that's what one would expect to get a bar...bar food.
