As sleek as the feline for which it's named, the Leopard has a captivating allure. Black and brown with gold accents, the dining room is elegantly appointed, right down to the leopard-print carpeting. The menu matches the decor in style: First courses include gingered carrot soup, spiced prawns and seared foie gras. Entrees range from the porcini-crusted rack of lamb, served with tempura portabella and truffled demi-glace, to cocoa-dusted salmon, filet mignon and whole yellow tail snapper. Those who want a more casual dining experience can pad on over to Paws, an adjoining dining room that is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, Sunday brunch and late-night eats.
