PERFECTION
I have been coast to coast and overseas and never have I come across a place like Peppers. It's that hidden gem your always looking for when you move to a new city. The food was excellent excellent, and the wait staff was incredible. Whats more - it was family friendly (had my 2 and 4 year old along), so don't let the size of the establishment deter you parents. I would recommend the Italian Wedding Soup, it was like mom's but better!

Hidden Gem
This place is amazing!!!! I love going here. They play beautiful Italian music in the background, and their red sauce is to die for! Their pizza's are great, but my favorite thing on the menu is the baked ziti. I'm drooling just thinking about it!
I love introducing this place to new people. They always seem pretty frightened walking up to the place, and by the end of the meal, they can't wait to tell others!
The wine is priced well, while not losing its flavor...

It's A'Nummie
We have lived in Lakewood all of our lives, and always wanted to try Peppers. From the outside it looks like a little pizza joint. My husband and I were very surprised to see the items on the menu. Our opinion is that this place is the best hidden secret. The food was great, the staff and owner were more than inviting. Peppers has become our new little spot. If the owner were to take any suggestions, it would be to have delivery!

Its NOmore!
Contrary to "full bar service" and the fact that the menu lists "mixed drinks", Peppers does not serve juice. No cranberry. No pineapple. No orange juice. So if you don't like beer or wine and want vodka, you'd better like it with Sprite or some other soda. I stuck with water. And a Caesar salad without chicken. The salad was lettuce, grainy cheese. No croutons or anything else. Totally inedible. And I never got a refill on the water. So, for $8, I got a glass of water because the staff didn't refill my glass or ask why the salad was virtually untouched. Not a good experience at all.

It's amore'
Attentive staff, accurate bills, fair prices. Italian music - Frank and Dino singing their hearts out. Lots of Italian-theme decor with photos, painting, lights, candles burning in old Chianti bottles, a small and intimate dining atmosphere. The food is well seasoned while being hot, simple, and delicious. Wide range of entrees' with several great pizza styles. What more can anyone want in a nice Italian restaurant on the west side?

The BEST Lasagna
Small little place that seems to belong in Little Italy. Great for a date. Reasonable prices. Their lasagna is some of the best we've ever had, made with both meat and sausage. Pizza is good as well.
