Best Kept Secret on Westside of Cleveland.
Well the place is beautiful inside and out. Service is excellent. They have a nice atmosphere, especially if your on a date. I really enjoy going there because it is never over-crowded. As I said, It's the best kept secret. Actually, I don't understand why it wasn't packed? The food is exellent (I recomend the Chicken Marsala!). The only thing Negative was that the food was a bit cold when we got it. I think they need more servers or help in the kitchen. But this is definately worth it! Great prices and great food. Wonderful atmosphere!

Disappointing at best
Friday, October 23, 2009 for dinner ...
The food (ribs, chicken sandwich, burger, salad) quality was average.
Three of the five meals went back to the kitchen to be re-heated.
Tonight they could have used more servers and more kitchen help.
It may not be fair to judge a restaurant from a single experience. On the other hand, my experience was bad enough that I won't risk a repeat nor will I recommend it to anyone that asks.

The best place ever!!!
this restaurant is fun and affordable for anyone, the restaurant is very welcoming and the mood is just right. they always play the late's music and it's always up-beat. The place is clean. The workers are very friendly and nice. Al one of the (co-owners) is just so sexy!
If you want to have fun The Beach Cliff tavern is the place to be, especially when game seasons are around it makes it great to watch it in their big flat screen TV's.

Party Place
The staff is over accomodating when it comes to catering needs. The food is terrific, the staff is friendly and helpful, and everything is done on time. What a wonderful way to entertain friends and/or family. I have been a guest of several parties held in the party room and all were a lot of fun!! I bring family, co workers and friends in often for a bite to eat or just a quick drink. Keep up the good work. See you on August 15th for another great event!

The very very very best Friday Fish Fry
My wife and I go EVERY Friday. We order the basket of 14 perch fish fillets for 19.95 with two ice cold mugs of beer. It is, seriously, the best tasting, most fantastic perch you can possibly imagine. It is as fresh as can be and tastes soooooo good. Actually, it really can't be described -- its THAT good. The music is not too loud so you can talk comfortably with your sweetheart. Bring friends, we usually do.

More than a year ago, veteran restaurateur Tommy Valore moved back to the Rocky River neighborhood, in which he had built a sizable clientele and a strong reputation with Tommy's. His rep remains sterling: Valore makes sure his customer is well fed and well treated. Want the Tommy Burger with fries and a mug of Harp? No problem. The presentation and the service will be as first-class as if you had ordered the lightly seasoned chicken, the ample strip steak or the St. Louis-style ribs. While priced appropriately for its discerning suburban habitues, Beachcliff Tavern is anything but stuffy, with ESPN usually flickering away on the six TV sets and a classic bar that serves elbow room as well as firewater. Valore has also opened up a party room, complete with a stage, to showcase local musical talent. A tip for the devout TGIF celebrant: Get a seat before happy hour, or prepare to stand.
