"This restaurant may have had a chance of surviving if they would have better customer service. I placed an order for delivery as I have had several times before. They are notoriously slow. There have been times that is has taken an hour before food arrives. The last time I ordered from the Pizza Pan in Tremont we waited two hours and decided to call them to see what was up. I asked to speak to the manager whom was very rude and basically called me a liar when she suggested her driver had been to my house and tried to deliver Three hungry people were there to await the order! I informed her that I was a regular and good customer but she did not seem to want to rectify the situation. I suggest to everyone reading this to call someone else for Pizza. Pizza Pan does not care about keeping its customers."
