Horrible service!
3 of us went for dinner this week. We've been going for decades. Each time we asked the waitress for or about something, she rushed away before we even finished our sentence! After our main meal, she told us what they had for dessert, we said we had to think on what we wanted and she came back with our checks! I was shocked and disappointed. In all the years I've gone to Pizzaz, the waitresses were always pleasant and attentive; the food, delicious. I understand the original owners sold the restaurant and that may explain why the service has deteriorated so severely, but service is paramount today and if Pizzaz wants to keep its customers and maintain their reputation, they need to better train their staff in people skills. This waitress ruined our entire experience.

Good food, way too expensive.
Have been getting the wonderful grilled chicken salads from Pizzazz for 20 years. Three salads for $33 is a little steep for carryout especially since nothing on the salad is unique in any way. I'm afraid they have priced themselves out of my further patronage. It's a shame.

Greatest Food
Have been going there since you opened. Can't remember the year but we lived in Mayfield Height and now I live in Florida and when I come up there I go to one or the other of your resturants. I love them both. The house salad and the Chicken Parm are the best. Don't know which I like best. The salad is to die for. Look forward to coming to Ohio just to eat there. When I was there last I was there for two weeks and I think we ate there at least 5 times. Keep it up.

Great food, not so comfy seating
Okay to rave about the pizza...so good, oven fired, yummy sauce and the house dressing is delicious! I would recommend the food from this place no problem. Now...the seating, dear lord, the building/house it is located in is so painfully small that the tables are so uncomfortably close together that you are actually eating on another persons table...I am not kidding. And if you do get a booth, it is so tucked up to your chest that you cant breathe...so skip the eat in and def. take out..now if they can maybe expand the back of the place and give their diners more room it would be more enjoyable!
