Pi@@ Poor Service This Location
If good customer service is your goal AVOID this Popeye's location at all costs! You get the most rude, crude, unprofessional service from 99% of the staff (management included). This is a franchise location so they act as if they can do whatever they want when it comes to service. They are not AT ALL accomodating to customers (repeat customers or otherwise you can count on piss poor service). A candidate for closure in my opinion...they suck here!

Old,dried out, hard chicken
This was the worst chicken ever, it was old, dried out, and over fried. This food chain should be closed down, why in the world you serve people food like that. You should be shame of yourselves, only in the black areas do we do this.

Customer Complaint
I visited the Popeyes Chicken on Superior & Euclid on 8/2/11 in the evening. The drive thru and inside store was very busy. I waited patiently in line at the drive thru only to be told when I placed my order that they were out of the two piece leg & thigh specials in mild and only had spicy, which would not be ready for another 10 minutes. I was told they were substituting a 2 piece mild wing in place and there was a limit of two. Now how can you run a special on Tuesday and not be prepared to give the customers what you are advertising? This was totally unacceptable and the way I feel right now I will take my business to Mr. Chicken or KFC. This is not the first time I have had this type of problem at a popeyes restaurant on a Tuesday for the 99 cent special.

Customer Complaint
i visited the Popeye's on Euclid and Superior in East Cleveland on Tuesday evening. There were several customers in the store. There was an
older lady at the register who obviously was upset at another employee. She began to cuss (verbalizing the "f" word and other obscenties), at the register, in front of customers!! I was with my grandchildren and felt this was TOTALLY inappropiate. WE LEFT AND WENT ELSEWHERE. This language was awful. We try to teach our children to respect adults, but that is very difficult when they DO NOT respect themselves. Being a retired Head Cashier and working with the public for over 32 years, this was unacceptable to me and my grandchildren. Employees working with the public should be TAUGHT good service and respect for others. There are too many people unemployed, that I am sure would conduct themselves in a
more professional manner. This behavior reflects management and the image of Popeyes. This matter should be addressed by management. These actions surely would not be tolerated in the suburbs. We as African-Americans should represent ourselves in a more service-oriented manner.
