At Potpourri Fondue Gallery, every table is equipped with a built-in hot plate for whatever type of fondue you're fon-doing. The only cheese fondues on the menu are appetizers (four types); the fondue entrees, including beef, chicken and shrimp, along with accompanying vegetables, can be cooked in your choice of oil or broth (dip the bite-sized goodies in one of five sauces). The owner and staff are exceedingly friendly, and should you have any questions about the do-it-yourself meal, they'll be glad to help.
