Quaker Steak at the Q (downtown)
This discusses the QS&L implementation at Quicken Loans Arena, open only prior to events such as the Cavs.
They might have good wings here, but didn't try them. Was about to order a basket of boneless wings, but found out that for $7.99 you get four of them.
I expect prices to be high because this is attached to the Arena and you can walk right to the seats.
The menu is extremely limited, even more limited than the Quicken Loans website posting of their menu. Basically, wings, one dinner salad, burgers (all cheeseburgers only) and a fish sandwich. All cutlery is plastic disposable; all.
The dinner salad is essentially $9 for a plate full of shredded lettuce, some small strips of carrots from the grocery packages, and 3 lengths of salary. On top of it they put a few chicken wings. Dressing is in packets they leave at the table.
The shredded lettuce is the exact same shredded lettuce they use for everything else, including putting on their burgers.
So maybe the wings are good. But for the price I wouldn't expect a true meal. Better to go to the Tower and dine at a real restaurant, then walk through the tunnel to the Q.

What Recession?
This place is ALWAYS busy. Probably because they have the best wings. Get them as an appetizer and get one of their specials. You'll be stuffed. Then check out a movie right next door at Cinemark, makes for terrific date night. This is my favorite place to go on a friday night when I've had a great week. The best seats are in the Corvette room at the half booth/half table jobber. So happy I don't have to drive to Sharon to get these wings!!! Pennsylvania sucks!

Pittsburg steak salad needs something!!!
The Pittsburg Steak salad is not very authentic. The REAL steak salad has lettuce, green and black olives, tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers. Then that is topped with hot crispy shoestring fries, then it is topped with grated cheese (I think a mixture of cheddar and mozzarella),and then the steak. Then it is served with a sweet and sour dressing and it is the most delicious think you've ever eaten. (Yes, I do remember saying that I was not eating a salad with french fries on it but one taste and I changed my mind)
