The food at rincon is Awesome!!! You should go check it out!!!!!
The people who work there are very friendly and the chiefs are Fantastic!The fried Green Bananas are great and the fried pork is even better. Is wish the had the pollo frito like the carne frito I had it once in spanish can't find it any where in cleveland Ohio...

Good Food to eat At Rincon Criollo
The food I usually order is the yellow rice, beans and pork chops, sametimes order the jibarito my son like this one too. But the service is not good at all, because a see the weitress give more prefence to there people ( puerto rican). this happen twice. so we decide to order to carry out or not order at all.

Authentic Puerto Rican Food in Cleveland
I recently moved to Cleveland and was disappointed in the amount of Latin restaurants available. I lived in New York and New Jersey and had my fill of anything I wanted. I did a google search and found Rincon Criollo. I trekked over there from the Eastside and was so happy with my food! I had the Pastelles (Puerto Rican tamale) with rice and beans. Delicious! I've been to Puerto Rico many times and this place serves the real deal. I plan making myself a regular at this place. As a bonus, the employees were very nice too!

Simply Fabulous!!!
I went to Rincon Criollo, and the food was amazing!!! I have the firend pork shops, yellow rice and pinto beans. I plan on going back real soon and I recommend this resturant to anyone who likes great homestyle cooking.

Something better? Buy a ticket plane to Puerto Rico
I'm Puerto Rican living in Northeast Ohio for 5 years now, for 33 years I enjoyed what is real Puerto Rican cuisine and I consider myself an expert since both my grandmothers and my mother were expert Puerto Rican cooks. I was kind of bummed because I missed the food I grew up with. But recently thanks to a Fox 8 piece on El Rincón Criollo I discovered the place. I've been there several times since and is like being in Puerto Rico, the ambiance, the music and the food Oh my God! Is excellent, my favorite being the fried pork chops with white rice and beans. If you want to have the real Puerto Rican food experience please visit El Rincón Criollo, you won't regret it.

Great Puerto Rican Food!
My friend took me here one afternoon because he couldn't believe I'd never heard of it. I just never happen to be around Gordon Square that much. The restaurant was clean, attractive, with art and pictures to give it a living room kind of feel. Our server was very nice, but aloof. We both ordered tamarind juice (which is very good if you're into the sour/sweet kinda thing), and the Mofongo con Camerones. Absolutely amazing. One of the best latin dishes I've ever had. Plantain bowl, shrimp and garlic sauce? Smart. You won't be disappointed.

BEST LATIN FOOD
I have chicken with yellow rice, it was AMAZING. Just like my grandmas cooking and taste just as good. So much food and very good price. I would go again and next time bring some more people to help me eat all that food they serve.

I USUALLY GET THE STEAK WITH THE RICE AND BEANS IT'S SO GOOD AND FILLS UP UP SO QUICKLY I ALWAYS HAVE LEFT OVERS , BUT I TRIED THE HALF MOONS AND THEY ARE GREAT WHICH REMINDS I WILL HAVE SOME AFTER WORK FOR DINNER ;).... I GIVE THEM THUMBS FOR ON THEIR FOOD FOR SURE...ITS A REALLY GOOD PLACE TO GARB FOOD FROM I NEVER EAT IN ALWAYS TAKE OUT

the best homestyle food
i ordered beef stew and yellow rice for 6 dollars and my daughter had baked chicken and rice for 5 dollars we both loved it and we were full. there was enough rice for 2 people. in these times i appreciated great food at low prices!
