Winter Warmer Festival at Rock Bottom February 09, 2008 Service Overall        Today I went with a group of friends (including a few from out of town) to the Winter Warmer Beer Festival at Rock Bottom Brewery. I found out about this festival from a beer advocate website. On the site it said to get your tickets early, as the event sells out fast. After contacting the restaurant directly, I was told that pre-sale tickets were not being sold, and that I should just come to the door the day of. Thinking that this was indeed the case, we took a cab to the brewery, arrived 10 minutes prior to the start time of 1pm and were informed that the event was "sold out". Thinking that this was not right, I asked to speak to the manager, who informed me that they could not admit any more people into the event because they were "out of glasses". After telling him what I was told over the phone, his response was, "Well, I'm sorry there is nothing I can do." After waiting another 75 minutes for a cab to take me and my group of friends home, I was absolutely LIVID. I have never in my life encountered such flippent service and such a nonchalant response to something that was obviously upsetting. Never, ever, ever, again will I be returning to this brewery, if this is indeed what their service is like. Shame, shame, shame on Rock Bottom and please, be forewarned about this place!!!!!!!!!!! Rock Bottom Rocks!! April 17, 2006 Food Service Atmosphere Cleanliness Overall        Food quality is excellent, and the prices are not extravagant. Atmosphere great. Service tends to be average. They have quarterly Brewer's Dinners, where the executive chef and brew master collaborate on designing a gourmet menu. I'm not talking burgers and beer! The chef there is awesome, and the food he creates is out of this world. With each course, a different delicious beer is served! A must-eat-at in Cleveland. Review By: Kay From Mentor, OH
