Sucks February 25, 2006 Food Service Atmosphere Cleanliness Overall        Me and my co- worker went to Rockne's on our lunch break.I ordered soup and hot wings and my co- worker order soup. We waited about 30 min.When we received our orders I only received my soup.My co- worker received her soup which was half full which cost $4.99. The manager brought the soup out and when I told him that I ordered wings, he just said oh well, he didn't try to fix this mistake and was real nasty.He told my co-worker that 3 people had called off and that he know we received lousy service. I was so shocked at the service we received. This restaurant is very unprofessional and the manager shoud be FIRED! Review By: Rita From Brooklyn

terrible February 03, 2006 Food Service Atmosphere Cleanliness Overall        I recently visited Rockne's in Brooklyn for the first time and I can honestly say that it was my last visit as well. The service was mediocre at best. I ordered roast beef with a baked potato and corn and my boyfriend ordered the meatloaf dinner with coleslaw and mashed potatoes. When our food came, we were upset to find the mashed potatoes were hard as a rock on top and clumpy, I didn't get my baked potato and when the waitress finally came back to the table and I asked for it, it was cold when it got to the table. The roast beef was luke warm and the gravy cold. The meatloaf was hard in some places and cold. When we asked to speak to a manager, he came over didn't apologize and just took my meal off the bill, I am a server and that was NOT customer service, I will not be returning.
