Bestiary Omlette Ever
Great food, great people. Everything is done old fashioned and perfect! Family owned and operated. Of the 5 restaurants on St. Clair by far the best you get the bang for your buck, moderately priced and the food is homemade. They made a movie there, Best kept secret!

Yummy-Licious!
I went for the first time yesterday with my date. My biscuits and gravy with eggs and bacon breakfast was so good that I wanted to eat my boyfriends food too! LOL! Im hoping they're open today.. Im DEFINITELY going back!

Old Fashioned Comfort Food at Its BEST!
Listen, this place beats all other spots like it HANDS DOWN!!! The food is good, and they give you PLENTY of it!! AND you can not beat the price!! I had the fish dinner for lunch today--I got a cup of cream of chicken soap w/ crackers, 2 generous pieces of battered fried fish (pearch), plenty of fries and cole slaw w/ home made tarter sauce (not the stingy paks!) all for $7.20--too much to eat for lunch-
A 'shout-out' to Sister 'Angie's' right down the street from Shay's. There food is tasty, but her portions are way-smaller, and higher priced!!
Go to Shay's!!! You will not regret it. Tell 'em BEA sent ya!!!!

worst food ever
it is very awful and the service is very bad i went there and the waitres was talking to the other waitres the whole time.and the food tasted spoiled the eggs was soggy the sausage was burnt i do not like to go there again.

My favorite spot in town
This place is Cleveland's best kept secret. I've taken people from every walk of life there from my suburban parents, to grandparents in the St. Clair Superior neighborhood, to politicians, policeman, salespeople and clergy. It's hot, inexpensive, comfortable, friendly and a true representation of what Cleveland stands for. I hope nothing about it ever changes.

AMAZING!
I called and wanted delivery. They said sure, not a problem! There was no minimum and delivery charge was only a dollar! I decided to try on their cherry pie for a thank you to someone.
Shay's is a heaven-sent find for the downtown area! Thank you Shay's!

Everything you could want in a diner
Fast, friendly, cheap, and tons of food - this is one of our favorite breakfast places in Cleveland. Good coffee, and the corned beef hash is to die for (get half potatoes and half grits on the side if you're feeling like a champ).

Excellent Food
I love their omelet's; omg you can not even eat all the food; my dad started us going there when we were little tikes. I am grown and my husband and children love's going we even have family meetings there. It's such a warm and family type environment.

The Best Pizza Ever!
Shay's has the best pizza I've had in a long time. I don't like sausage on my pizza but theirs is delicious. The service is excellent. The price is right. All of the employees are always considerate of customer needs and very friendly. I've told a lot of my family and friends about Shay's!

Love it!
Cheap...good food....great service! They even have turkey or chicken sausage for the health conscious wanting breakfast! We probabl yeat there at least once a week.
