Awesome Lunch Buffet / Friendly Fast Service!
For $7.99 the lunch buffet is the best value in Cleveland! The quality of the homemade food is truly awesome. Great selection of mouthwatering fresh italian favorites. There are six different freshly made pasta sauces alone. The stuffed shells are great. Pork or beef selections are also usually offered too. The fish on Fridays is a taste sensation! I love the soup and salad selection also, so special it has its own room. Oh and don't forget the several selections of piping hot pizza! The waitresses are very friendly and efficient, always refilling beverages and clearing the table. A remodel is set for this fall, but with all the atmosphere this place has now come see what I drive From Orange Village to enjoy!

Used to be great Italian
I grew up in the area and stancato's of the 70's had good real Italian food. I left in 82 and while in parma for a visit in 94 !8 of us had dinner. The food was now generic Italian. Canned mushrooms and the sausage was some prefab frozen crap. The food was disgusting. It had no class at all. I live in the southeast now and dream of real Italian food from northeast ohio. Unless there has been some major changes, I will never return to stancato's! They used to make pizza with some real taste, not any more?

Horrible Experience
After several times of eating at Stancato's, I can honestly say that my family and I will never be back. We watched a manager yell at the waitresses right out in the open several times, the place was a disgusting nightmare, it took almost 30 minutes to get seated when there were open tables, the food was nowhere near hot, and we had a waitress at our table every 2 seconds like an annoying little bug that wouldn't leave us to our meal (no, I'm not done with that plate!).

BEST ITALIAN RESTURANT IN NORTHEASTERN OHIO!
Family and friends have been going to Stancato's for years because it is AMAZING! Stancato's has wonderful service and excellent Italian food. The calamari is to die for and their Sunday buffet has something for everyone. It has a warm atmosphere and is family-friendly, no matter the size!

Beyond Mediocrity
Members of my family have used Stancato's over the years for various functions, both catered and in the restaurant. Personally, I think the food is below average, but they deliver and with lots of kids in the family, it worked. However, after the experience my daughter had today, we are done with them. She's a pharma rep and has given them SIGNIFICANT business. Today, she had 25 people waiting for lunch and they completely screwed up her order. Not only did they not rectify the situation, they were unbelievably rude to her on the phone. Imagine how she felt in front of a room full of people, all waiting for lunch. She is 5 months pregnant, and had to schlep out in the pouring rain to get Pizza Hut because Stancato's dropped the ball. This isn't the first time they've done this to her, but it will certainly be the last. Get it together, Stancato's.

Buffet not so great
If my only experience at Stancato's was to come for the lunch buffet, I doubt I'd ever return. Small selection, pretty bland, and nothing that would ever make me say "Mmmmmm!" I love Italian, but at least on this day they missed the mark on the buffet. I've eaten dinner there in the past, and will say that experience is much better.

Automatic gratuity on the BUFFET!
Was charged 18% gratuity on the Mothers day Buffet. Five adults and 1 child. The bill was $150.00 and the tip was 27.00. No food expertise no dessert tray nothing from the server. Tried contacting the restaurant via their company website and received no follow up from management. What a shame. Felt like i was scammed. Beware Their 16.99 buffet per person (no dessert) comes with an 18% up charge to boot.

All Time Favorite
Took my co-workers from out of state to dine at my favorite place, Stancato's. The buffet was great and those who ordered from the menu were very pleased. The service was great too. I have been a Stancato's regular for twenty-six years and will continue to take my friends to experience the great food and service.

Best Italian Resturant in Ohio
I order Shrimp Italiano consests of angel hair,green,yellow,red peppers with at least a dozen large shrimp made in oil garlic.
Also mt favorite server is a chick named SANDY.I like the decore and the atmosphere. When i eat at the resturant and Perry Jr is in the resturant he always comes to my table and makes me feel that he appreceates my bussines.

Catered funeral luncheon
We attended a funeral, 1/19/11 at Sunset Memorial. The luncheon was catered by Stancato's. Every thing was excellent! The service person kept a close watch on all aspects of the meal and refilled things as needed.The potatoes and roast beef were especially good.
This was the third or fourth funeral luncheon catered by your restaurant that we have attended and they have all been top notch both in the quality of food and the service.
We would not hesitate to use or recommend you folks in the future.

piccata sauce was excellent!
i have never visited the restaurant as i am an eastsider, however i did pick up a jar of the piccata finishing sauce at marc's one day and just made it for dinner! it was absolutely excellent and very authentic! anxious to try the restaurant and will do so in the very near future!

Great Buffet
Stancato's in Parma has one of the best restaurant buffets in Cleveland. They have a great selection, including one of their most popular items, the portabello ravioli with basil lobster cream sauce. That dish is absolutely fabulous. Their lunch buffet is also a great choice for good food at a good price. They have fish and mussels on Friday - and the lobster crab bisque is really tasty!

One of the Best Places to Go in Cleveland
This is definitely one of Cleveland, Ohio's best restaurants. There's great specials every night, my favorite is Tuesday because it's all you can eat pasta for $9.95. So delicious! The homemade pasta sauce is excellent, I got the Rosa Maria sauce which was awesome. The server was very friendly and attentive. Every time I've come to Stancato's I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Disappointed
Took my Wife, Mother, Mother in law and three kids to Mothers day Buffet. It was terrible. None of the items were marked identifying what they were. The food tasted like it was mass produced from frozen entrees like you would buy at Costco or Sams club. And to top it off they didnt offer any dessert...When I asked they said it doesnt come with the buffet and is extra..I saw someone order dessert and they came with a bowl of Cookies that looked like they came right out of a wrapper. Never again

Best Priced Weekly Lunch Buffets in Cleveland!
Stancato's, one of Cleveland Ohio's best restaurants, has great prices on their weekly lunch buffets. Choose from daily homemade soups, salads, pizzas, stromboli and breads to complement the ever popular Italian pasta buffet. It's more than enough to fill you up at a very reasonable price (under $10). I go as often as I can just for the salad and soup buffet!

Best Italian in Cleveland
I am from the east side and really never go far from home. I am so glad I did. Food was fantastic, the server treated my family like gold. I had chicken in a lemon sauce and it was the best chicken dish I ever had. Pizza was also great and I have never seen a salad bar with more options.

Sunday Buffet Rocks
This is one of my favorite places to eat ever! We go at least twice a month, even though its a bit of a drive, and alway enjoy the buffet. Sunday brunch is the best! We had them cater our wedding and all the guests keep talking about how good the food was. We've NEVER had bad service, unless you count the staff taking the plates away too quickly. I take out of town guests all the time and local friends love it too. I find it hard to believe anyone could ever have a bad experience, but perhaps these are isolated occurrances. One can never tell other people's tastes, but personally I enjoy restraunt going and have traveled all over the US and Canada trying different foods. No matter how strange I will try it.
For a first time visit I recommend the Sunday buffet for an opportunity to sample many things.

Delicioso
Absolutely outstanding! Our banquet order was ready on time, boxed, hot and ready to go. The staff was friendly and curteous. Best of all the food was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Save Your Money/Service Horrible!
Service was horrible! Upon arrival we were not greated in a friendly manner. Other guest came in and were seated before us, even though we had only 2 people in our party. Food on buffet was cold! Atmosphere is dingy and outdated! Will not be going back any time soon!

Service was great/Food was Terrible
We took my son for his 12th birthday to Stancato's. We were weekly customers but not anymore. My mother & I had prime rib and my 12 year old had ribs all three of our meals were spoiled. They returned the money for the two prime rib dinners but not for the baby back ribs. My 16 year old had chicken parmesean and his was great. The next day I called the store manager next to complaine and they told me to call the health department if I was not satisfied.
I will never go back there again. It is terrible how one manager can wreck something that was a weekly event.
Even the person who was working that night said the food was bad and tasted it!!!!

One of my top all time fav places!
This is really great food here! Family owned place. They have a awesome buffet. Take out is great. They have dinners, pizza, wings, sandwiches. A sheet pizza is only $14 and is done in like 15 mins. Great for when you got people stopping unexpected, or when the kids have friends over. Everything is tasty, the people that work there are nice and friendly. I have used them for catering a few times and that is always excellent. We had a party we had wings and pizza that was great price and great food. Also we had a big graduation party for my brother. We had rigatoni, broasted chicken, beans, and a whole lotta other stuff. There was about 500 people and it was a REALLY good price. We picked up the food and had it at our own place although I have been to events that they catered and had there. Really great. They have a really good website with the menu and pricing and everything. I love them!!
