I've Died and Gone to Heaven at Susy's Soup!!!
I've been going to Susy's Soup for several years now! There are days this past winter when I bought several quarts of soup to take home for supper and then lunch the next day. It cannot be beat! The people working in the Tower City Restaurant are FANTASTIC, very helpful and pleasant.
Thank you for such a great place!!

Far cry from panera.... ordered tuna salad sandwich - never again. not sure how long ago they made that tuna salad. the whole place seemed filthy. I took the lettuce off the sandwich becasue it didn't appear to be washed. Don't waste your time.

First time visitor will not return.
The service was horrible. No one seemed to know what was going on, even though there were at least 4 of them and I was the only customer at 4 pm. One person made both my sandwich and salad as everyone else did other things. There was no lettuce or tomato on my sandwich and no pickle in the bag. The sandwich was roast beef. 6.99, plus cheese, plus ciabatta. It was HORRID. The icing on the cake was an employees hat was laying on the pick-up counter in front of me the entire time I waited.

A Little Heaven on Earth
Saturday's Brunch was wonderful. The cornbread with honey butter will make you dig up Grandma and say,"Hu...taste dis!"
The chili with a slight kick and spring salad was great. The atmosphere was bright and very inviting. We plan to return and bring others.
Michael Sharpe and company is an assest to Tower City!
See you soon.

The best Cornedbeef
I went today to the one in Tower City and Had their Corned Beef Sandwich and it was very good. I will continue to go their because their service was fantastic. Their Corned Beef was worth the wait and was very meaty.

Corned Beef sucks
Ordered the corned beef sandwich at lunch today. Service was good. For the price I found the sandwich to be rather light on the meat. When I bit into the sandwich the taste was rather bland (and that was with horseradish and mustard!) The pickle that came with the corned beef sandwich wasn't spoiled but it was a long ways from being fresh. I give it a C- grade.

The Place To Go
Susy's Soups for me is the best - I love how hearty and filling their soups are. My favorite is Chicken and Wild Rice. The service is awesome and the employees are very kind. The first time I went to Susy's I had their chicken Gumbo, then the Wild Rice and from there i was sold. I go almost everyday to Susy's Soups. Even my diet can't keep me away. Love it!!!

A boy named Susie
So on a nasty winter spring day I went out in search of a Woolly Mammoth, but came across Susies first. After ordering up a bowl of Chili I quizzed one of the Natives who apparently was the head of the tribe, a Nice young Man by the name of Susie!
They are just getting established as a tribe but their Chili was quite good and obviously home made for a mere $3.50 compared to the effort of killing, butchering and preparing a Wooly Mammoth I suggest Susies as a reasonable alternative!
Susie told me that each Day they have at least one Veggie Soup on the menu (although not labeled as such).
So on your next lunch time quest stop by!

The Place To Get Your Lunch
When I was there a couple days ago I had ordered an delicious Chicken Ranch Wrap that I couldn't even finish, I didn't mind it at all because it was not pricey at all, and I could eat the rest later, because I wanted to eat the bowl of broccoli & cheese I ordered with it as well. I've never tasted a better soup in my life. I would spend more than $5 on a bowl of soup like that it was so good, my coworker and I have been going everyday since then, cause the total for a bowl of the best soup ever and a huge wrap was only $5.99! I don't know where at downtown you could find better food for that price.. The service is amazing as well the manager is a real down to earth guy, I've seen him help alot of people, in and out of the store. Oh yeah,I can't leave out the Chicken Dumpling soup either, it's to die for!! :o)
