Unremarkable to disappointing
There are many great Chinese restaurants in Cleveland. This is not one of them. We've ordered from here three times, trying a range of dishes. The sauce in the Chicken with Black Bean sauce is white and gloppy. The egg foo young tastes burned. The beef in the Hunan beef has a slimey texture. All the dishes have too many onions. They should try to use fresher ingredients and less thickener in their sauces. East China which recently closed was so much better, with fresh ingredients and some stand out dishes.
They are very fast, and very friendly. Perhaps they need a new chef!
