Down the Street
I live down the street from the restaurant so my family and I go often. We've had lots of great experiences and the food is always amazing. We've tried everything and I can't say there is a single thing I don't like! My favorites are the fish & chips and the shepherd's pie. Sean, the owner, will come and talk to you on nights he is there and his wife is almost always around making sure everything is going well! They are very caring owners and always hard working.

Take me home Kathleen!!
We made reservations for New Year's Eve. It took awhile for management to realize we were waiting to be seated. Our server was loud and nosey. My husband asked for a spoon and the server asked "what for?" The special for the evening, prime rib, was fatty and only 1/2 inch thick for the smaller cut; the roasted potatoes were fried, but the mixed veggies were hot. We went primarily because of the reviews. We will not return. Overall, our experience was below average.

It's the Luck of the Irish to find this Place!
This restaurant came highly recommended and it is/was everything we had heard and MORE! The lunches are outstanding and the dinners are terrific. The management is friendly and the restaurant is very attractive with lots of oak woodwork. It is a family restauant but yet a great adult place too. We have taken our children and grandchildren and have also gone with other couples. Hard to explain but easy to enjoy. We have had all positive experiences at this "Green Island". Laurel Ryan
