DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND $$$
My fiance and I ate here for dinner the friday before valentines day. they had a special vday menu, so we went with that. the package was 150.00 included a goody bag and framed picture taken of us.(they didnt give us either of those) The real dissapointment was the quality of food. the main courses were gross ,underseasoned, and basically not AT ALL worth $150.00. The only thing that was tastey was the lobster which we had to share 1 small lobster tail. The pot which we cooked EVERYTHING IN, the fish, lobster, pork, broccoli, chicken, potatoes, was gross, it was like bullion water. over all I would say Dont waste your time on a wanna be upscale restaurant. Go somewhere truely fine dinning if your prepared to spend 150 bucks! I will say dessert was delicious. so go eat dinner somewhere else and then dessert at the melting pot is definitley worth your time.

Very dissapointed!
We arrived at 6:30 for our reservation. We were not seated until after 7:30, with no apologies. On to the bar, where, I kid you not, did nto have the 1st SIX drinks I asked for (SIX!!!!) I asked for an Amaretto Sour and they had no sour - OK - I asked for a Heiniken (sp?) - did not carry it...nor did they have Bud, Bud light, Miller light, or Labatt Blue. What place runs out of Budweiser!!! Of course - no apologies....We finally get to the table, I order a Strawberry Daquiri (which was fabulous, either that, or I was just happy that they finally had something in stock) and the waiter was very nice. However, the food was very average. With tax, tip, drinks, etc - I expect a 5 star meal when dropping $145 and I left with the feeling that I just ate at Eat-and-Park. I would strongly recommend NOT even bothering with this place.

I never can quite believe it
The food here is incredible. But it's expensive. Now that would be fine if I received good service, but the half a dozen or so times I have dined here that has not been the case. I once waited thirty minutes after my reservation sitting at the bar without so much as an apology. I can't believe it because you can tell that this place stresses service. Might just be me, and I'm not going to stop going there because the food is that good.

If the poncho can make a fashionable comeback, so can fondue. This time around, though, you won't risk setting your poncho aflame as you hunch over a rickety fondue pot, woefully swirling a chunk of bread in bland melted cheese. These fon-doers have perfected their craft: The first Melting Pot opened in 1975; this addition to the chain, located in Legacy Village, is the 75th store. If the fondue theme causes your gimmick alarm to sound, fears will subside upon entering: Dim lighting (at times, a little too dim), a bar area and secluded booths make an upscale statement. Tables are equipped with a heating surface and fondue pot positioned in easy reach. Meals can be assembled according to your whim or ordered prix fixe style - for example, the Big Night Out includes a choice of cheese fondue, salad, entree and mint chocolate-chip dessert fondue. The entree selection ranges from Surf and Turf to vegetarian, but the real attraction here is dessert: Brownie squares robed in amaretto meltdown must be tasted to be believed. Melting Pot also offers a huge selection of wines by the bottle and a specialty cocktail list.

incredible food and service
Run, dont walk to this new fondue restaurant in legacy village. the food, the service, even the owner came by to check up onus. this is fondue like I never had before. contemporary, upscale, beautiful, a great wine list. we had a girls night out and we had the best time. we had fiesta cheddar cheese fondue, sno-cone martinis and lobster fondue. the chocolate fondue dessert was the bomb. so good, i can not wait to go back. ya gotta check out the walls made out of water too!
