To the one complaining abou the smoking: Dont go if theres smoking allowed. Whos fault is that? You have stupid people who passed a law in which no rules were in place!!
Getting back to the bar....we LOVE the Old Stand. Best bar food I have ever had. Great jukebox too. Highly recommend it!

lots of fun
There is a fun upbeat atmosphere at the stand. Great food, and great drink. The back room is family oriented tucked away from the main bar making going out with little ones nice, you can still grab a bite and a pint!

Cowards
I began patronizing The Old Stand once they became smokefree Dec 7.
I walked in Jan 27 and the ashtrays were out and patrons were smoking!
I will NEVER go back again.
If comments on atmosphere is what you seek, the atmosphere was smoky, thus deadly, so what else matters?
