Didn't know that TRUFFLES was a GAY Palce.
I didn't know that "TRUFFLES Pastry Shop" was for GAY MEN. I had talked to somebody who is GAY & told me that the place is for GAY MEN. HE told me that the place is Beautiful & he goes there at least once a month.

Great Alternative Coffee/Pastry Shop
If you are tired of the same old, same old coffee shops and gathering places.....then COME HERE. Pastries are made fresh and are of wide variety. The coffee is good, the service is friendly, the garden is nice and the place is clean. Additionally. you can pick up information about the neighborhood, and the patrons tend to be a friendly lot too. James is the new owner and has definitely put a superior stamp on this place. Try Truffles, then bring your friends.

spelling
Remi you need to learn how to spell the next time you post your comments. haha I think Truffles is great and alot better than it was; but of course, everyone has their opinions. I always see alot people there maybe you went on an off day or something but I really like the new owners and the they actually have a convection oven in the place and the place is CLEAN! so yes maybe it is not the same but I think change is a good thing.

went to Truffles , place is alot cleaner than it used to be, friendly service, James made me a mexican mocha that was to die for, never had it before but will definitely order again and the cookies I had were freshly baked, I know because I saw him take them out of the oven. Mmm! also FREE wi fi is another perk, cant wait to go back and looking forward to the patio garden.

groovy lil' place
Most Independent coffee shops have the same old drinks and pastries. This place is very different. I really liked the fact that the Barista, James, knew his stuff.
I received a ristretto americano with on "Cuban" shot... and a piece of forbidden.
I really enjoyed the whole deal. Truffles is a westside secret. shhh!!!

Love it!
This is a very friendly place with great coffee. Awesome service. I come in here all the time to study (they have free wifi) and chill out with my friends.
The owner is very nice, and he goes out of his way to take care of customers. The food is a reasonable price, although I wish they had healthier options. The bakery is sinful, and the coffee as I said is great. The atmosphere is very laid-back, friendly, and comfortable.

Not a good review. Not the same.....
How disappointing! I use to tell everyone all over the US about Trffles and its fine pastries. I use to have them ordered and shipped to friends in California, family in Texas and Washington. Others heard and us eto to the same. Recently, I returned to Cleveland and had to stop at my favorite Pateserie. New owner, new decor.. unfortunately, new items in the showcase: new menaing not the same, but not new as in fresh. Old stale items. Most disappointing. Where is the prior owner? What is he doing no? I so craved one of thos esugar cookies that only he could make. Life goes on. Not always for the better.
