Vico's, located on downtown Cleveland's East Sixth Street, is where the power set goes for its deal-making meals. Suits fill the chairs of both contemporary dining rooms, and the occasional solo diner - usually on a cell phone - bellies up to the bar. What draws them here? The delicious Italian specialties, which range from rich pastas to chicken and veal dishes. But if you stop by after office hours, you won't be alone; many of Vico's' customers make the happy hour one of its most popular.
