GROSS
Went to the fish fry and was very disappointed..The beer battered perch was terrible!!! Way to greasy,bones in fish and way to much breading! If all you want is a cold beer this is the place to go if your hungry forget it, the food sucks!!!

Can't beat the Sunday steak special
The specials are a great bargain and their Sunday steak special is amazing. Huge steak with soup or salad, veggies, choice of potato and roll for only $14.95. Everything tastes fresh and the thick steaks have always been perfectly cooked and delicious. We always have enough left over for another meal.
The decor is on the old side so don't expect fancy schmancy, just great food and friendly folks who work there. Two thumbs and two big toes up for Zach's!

Love It!
I lived around corner and I never knew it was there... i went there because name had word STEAK in it. Love the food. I use to work with the current chef and our steaks always came out juicy and fresh! I do have to say they do need to update the inside of the restaurant. But service and food is better than those high price steak houses!

Will NEVER eat here again
Ordered the Tuscan Strip Steak MED WELL ($15.95). Comes with salad, veggie and choice of potato. I chose french fries. From the time we ordered until we received our food was approx 45 min. There was about 5 tables occupied, including us. When I received my order, I had about 8 fries on my plate and my steak was WAY overcooked. It was dry and tough to chew. I only ate two bites. I ate my 8 fries and when the waitress returned I told her what was wrong. Told her I didn't want to wait for another steak or anything else because by the time I got it, my mom and sister would be done. She said she put Med Well on the ticket. So she takes it back to the cook and comes back to tell me that I will be charged only for the salad & fries ($5.20). I was dumbfounded! She told me the cook was in charge of making the call about what I would be charged for. So the same person who completely overcooked my steak gets to decide if my entire meal will be taken off or if I will have to pay something. I made it a point to remind her that I had 8 measly fries on my plate which I pointed out as soon as I got my meal. She said that there's nothing more they can do, it was the cook's call. Gee, do you think he's upset that I thought his steak was bad? It's a STEAKHOUSE for goodness sake! How do you not know how to properly cook a MED WELL steak???? Will NEVER EVER eat there again. The food is definitely nothing special. Just mediocre at best.

Wednesday Burgers are the Best!
Love the Wednesday 1/2 pound burger special! Always tasty, always ready for take out when ordered. It's a great way to feed the family at a great price. We've made Zach's the place to stop every Wednesday.

BONER WORTHY
My favorite restaurant. Crab legs are amazing. Great prices. The chocolate cake is incredible. Our server was kind of all over the place and she forgot our fries but overall we had a great family dinner

crab legs on Tuesday
We go to Zach's on Tuesday for the snow crab leg special. Never leave hungry. Service was great. Our server, Donna, has always been friendly and helpful. Usually can get a table right of way. Men's bathroom not so much.

We come in once a month on Sunday for the specials normally leave with a smile.
This past Sunday brought my son and his girlfriend for dinner.
No baked potatos, out of the crab stuffed mushrooms, and to top it off I ordered the prim rib special, RARE , came out gray telling me was put in hot water to heat up and was well done on top of it. The presintation was terrible. Our server while we sat inbetween apps and waiting for our dinner to come out was doing shots behind the bar.
We litterally waited a half our between courses. We however will return only because we do love the place and usually are very happy.
Just thought managment should know that he or she should check into some of the staff.

Great Place to Eat
Zach's has always been a favorite of mine. Service is great, all the servers are very friendly. food is great. On Sundays they have good steak specials...ie) 16oz steak for cheap. Also just a nice place to hang out and have some drinks. You'll enjoy Zach's.
