You have to be checked out by Ralph!!
Ralph has been working the cash register at this Bob Evans for over 30 years. The man is a Cleveland institution! The Robert Evan's food is always terrific here and Ralph just caps off the whole experience. I am going here for the morning of my wedding just to see Ralph!

THERE'S ALWAYS SOMETHING...
Every time I go in here something happens to ruin my meal. Usually it is horrible service, but the food is also mediocre and indifferently prepared.
It is so consistently unpleasant, I keep saying WHY am I going back????? I guess simply because it is conveniently located and the prices are a
little bit lower than Max & Erma's or TGIF. But it just isn't worth the aggrevation. I am ALWAYS
unhappy when I leave and promise myself I won't be back. One positive note - They DO have great biscuits and honey.

Dr. Bob (Jekyll) or Mr. Evans (Hyde)
A friend & I go every other Tuesday am for breakfast. We usually get the Farmers Brkfst which gives you eggs, homefries, pancakes or French Toast, biscuits and coffee. Sometimes the small order of Gravy (cup) and Buscuits. The food is plentiful and good every time. But the service evokes the title. Hit or miss. Lots of coffee refills or one cup is it.
Good place but be prepared for either. 65%good 35% bad service.
