Mediocre food NO service.
If you want a drink with your meal, bring it with you. More than halfway through the meal, I finally got a glass of water that I asked for when we were seated. Thanksgiving buffet consisted mostly of empty trays in a steam table. Never did get any dressing or vegetables, and the turkey appeared to be shredded bits left over when the bones were cleaned. Meal was $12.99 and pie was $4 MORE. $17 was about $10 more than that meal was worth. I think the people at the homeless shelter were probably served better food.
Never again.

A Good Place
It can be the perfect place to go when you have nothing to do. The food is good. Good wings, good stuffed grape leaves and gyros. The burger's are large enough. It's worth it.
Service is good. They're good people. I suppose not every night is perfect, but I tend to get what I expect from the servers. I'm rarely upset. In fact, I have almost no comment to make.

Got Money to Waste?
Got money to waste well your in luck! Come into Cafe Stratos after 10 pm and your luck!. May not even get noticed for 30 mins and even if your the only one in the restaurant. Servers dont serve they wander around acting like your not there and shouldnt be. Lucky to get a refill on ur coffee.

Bring your own coffee
Do not go here at night. I was there a few nights ago and was the ONLY one in the place, yet it still took 20 min for this waitress named stephanie to recognize me and fill up my coffee. From then on out she only came once in an hour and a half to fill my coffee. Place is a joke

Great food and service! Love this place!
I love to dine out, and take the family on 'gastronimical excursions' at least three or four times a week. I've been going to Cafe Stratos for years now, and it has been nothing short of a pleasant, relaxing experience for us. The selection, service, and hospitality is fantastic, and the owners are usually on the premises to make sure all is going smoothly. The food tastes great, and I love the scrumptious mini buffets. The Greek 'avgolemono' (lemon, egg, and rice) soup is 'to die for'! Parking is ample as well. In the spring and summer, the outdoor dining patio is surrounded by lavish flowers and gardens, which is apparently a hobby of Stratos, the owner. The personal care, love, and attention that goes into the place is very evident and reassuring. All of this is why this place continues to grow in popularity, and I will continue to be a regular customer there!

Don't complain at this restaurant
Don't ever complain to the waitress, or send your food back, she sent the manager to my table. He did not offer to correct the problem (this was food brought over the second time, the first time it was burnt, the second time it was greasy and cold). Manager was demeaning and nasty and accused me of trying to get out of the bill (like I am poor? I live on the same street and pay taxes for this restaurant). He was ridiculous, telling me he would call the Police if I did not pay? FOR COMPLAINING ABOUT THE FOOD? Because he thought I was not going to pay for it? How can he judge a customer like this? I paid for food I Did not eat (and by the way left the waitress a nice tip),did not even finish my meal, left it all on the table and walked away from there and sent a letter to our Mayor of North Olmsted.

Our favorite by far
My son and I dine here at least once a week. We come here after I get off work because of the convenient late night hours. We get waited on right away and have never been kept waiting. I love the salad bar and he always gets the spring chicken dinner.
The staff know us well and we just seat ourselves. The waitresses are sweet, friendly and right there with whatever we want or need.
The atmosphere is calming, quiet and cozy.
The prices are very low for what you get and the food is delicious.

Simply "The Best"
We drive from Lake County just to enjoy the great food! Plentiful and the Cheese Crusted Chicken is food that just can't be duplicated anywhere else!
Prices are very reasonable, and Stratos himself is usually there when we have went (usually on Sunday) and his friendliness adds to the great ambiance.

the best of the best
ill keep it simple..this resturant is fantastic!!! the many times ive been there the service has been the same...wonderful.the atmosphere is calming and cozy.the food is amazing and the prices are affordable.the servers are on top of anything you need. my water never ran out!!! by far the best resturant, its a triple threat: great food great service and great prices.
