From regular to employee to long time fan
I have been a long time fan of Ohashi, eventually becoming a take-out regular (the owner Jackie would recognize me the second I walked in the door). I always thought Ohashi was a cute place, and I could get a good amount of sushi for a good price, even with the fact that my parents were buying at the time (I was but 14 or 15 at the time). Well, long story short, I answered a help wanted sign, and started working there in January of 2011. My employees were friendly, and Jackie is a great boss and a great chef. Despite the fact that I spent much of the second half of my senior year there, I never got sick of the food! I ended up trying a lot more of the menu, and grew to like a lot more elaborate and delicious dishes, nigiri, and maki. The Jackie Roll and Super Dreamy are to die for, and the Sunflower roll mixes mango with sushi for a unique but delicious taste. Now, I'm a college freshman who will always make at least 1 trip to Ohashi whenever I'm home on a breaks, especially since I haven't found a sushi bar yet that can top the quality of Chef Jackie!

Crispy Crunchy Goodness
This is by far the best Sushi I have ever had. The Super Dreamy is AWESOME! and has this cruncy goodness and sauce on top. Very reasonably priced for the size and excellent flavor. I am used to the place I normally go and Ohashi far exceeded my expectations and I will definately be returning. An awesome experience.

Hooked and Craving it often!!!!!
What a great place! The sushi was fresh and soooo tasty. This place is clean and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend this place. Don't let the location fool you, it's top notch! Our group ordered a variety of sushi from apps to rolls. The price was very reasonable and the staff attentive.

Perfect!
Absolutely amazing food! The chefs are extremely nice and the food is good every single time I've gone there. I've been going there for over 4 years and it's only gotten better. I Highy Highy recommend going there, you won't be dissapointed!

Clean, Consistant, Considerate
Every time I go to Ohashi, I am pleasantly surprised! The owners and employees are very nice and happy to see you, the sushi chef is very skilled, the food is fresh, and the few items we have tried from the dinner menu have been delicious! This spot is a diamond in the rough, and I am fortunate to have found it!

Awesome
This place is great! Everything on the menu is a flavor explosion! Unbelievable skill, ice cold beers, fresh sushi, great service. Bring a date...bring your boys....if you like sushi forget about all the trendy joints and hit up Ohashi.

Fantastic Sushi - Cozy Environment
Ohashi is tucked away in a little strip-mall behind Fat Head (what used to be Danny Boys) in North Olmsted. This is a fantastic little sushi place that serves very fresh sushi and sashimi. They also have a full menu of Japanese dishes and bento box lunches! The place is small and comfortable! The owners are extremely pleasant and really make you feel welcome! A large portion of their sushi menu is half-price Monday through Thursday between 5 and 6 pm. Service is usually very fast unless there is a very large party ahead of you. I highly recommend the "Crunch Munch" roll ... try it once and you'll get it every time!

BAD 4 BUSINESS
After 2 years of $100+ tabs monthly, I had the ultimate bad-business experience. Seven pieces remained of my 80-piece order, and I was told that either I accept to recalculate the leftovers to full price or they would throw them away. I suggested that they allow me to take my remainders home and preserve good-will, considering my order size, the frequency of my patronage, and that I had indeed dined in with honor. They instead discarded it, and alienated me forever. HOPELESS BUSINESS DECISION!! DRIVE AWAY YOUR BEST CUSTOMERS: THE NEWEST WAY TO MAKE YOUR BUSINESS FAIL.

Diamond in the rough
I have lived in North Olmsted for almost 3 years, never even knew this place existed. Read a few reviews....checked it out....and it didn't disappoint. A couple buddies and I ordered pretty much every possible thing off the sushi list. Didn't get any entrees though they sounded real good. Very clean, fresh, good service, cold beers, won't break the bank. Something different on the Westside.

FRESH! FRESH! FRESH!
AND I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT THE WAITER, THOUGH HE WAS VERY NICE. IF YOU ENJOY SUSHI AND KNOW THE FRESHNESS OF NIAGRA/SASHIMI YOU WILL LOVE THIS PLACE. ALSO THE NOODLE SOUP DISHES ARE GREAT. NOT OVER PRICED, VERY SIMPLE DECORE AND EXTREMELY CLEAN.
YOU HAVE TO TRY IT!

Sushi Rocks and Rolls
We stumbled upon this place kind of by accident, origionally supposed to go to another sushi bar that was booked solid, we came upon Ohashi. Service was great since it wasn't very busy, very private atmosphere, and the sushi was wonderful! Our waiter was very helpful too, and the Japanese rock music was cool to listen to. Also very clean dining room and bathroom.

Excelent Sushi
The sushi here is excelent. while the nigiri is nothing special the rolls are wonderful. priceing is decent for sushi. average price on 2 pcs of nigiri or 6 pcs of rolls is $5. of particular note, Ohashi has "sushi happy hour" on mon - thurs from 5pm to 6 in which most sushi is half price. this does not include any of the specialty rolls (the art pieces) and anything involving sea urchin.

A small spot with good sushi
A nice little spot for sushi, or Japanese food. It's next to the oriental market, tucked behind where Danny Boy's used to be.
Good food; I recommend it. Don't forget to order some gyoza with your sushi!
