Long wait and bad customer service!
Terrible customer service, rude manager and food took long time to come out. Manager was extremely rude and when I asked him to remove a take out order from my bill because it took much longer than I expected, he said no he would not do that and the order only took 20 minutes and said something sarcastic as he walked away. When I told him I was absolutely shocked at how he was handling this he said "go get a burger at Wendy's". . On the up side our waitress was good and no complaints about the food.

Terrible....seriously is it a nasty service concept restaurant??
I have been there several times in the last few years and really kick myself why I return..the service is beyond bad, they basically ignore you. Food is subpar...bar food but expensive. Go to Cleats...much, much better service and better wings.

Broadview hts location - Not Happy
I never heard of a place that kicked out customer at 9:15 on a Saturday night so the employees can watch fireworks! Steak Salad was bad - Steak was like leather. They said the dining area was closed so we could finish our wine at the bar. we moved to the bar and they told us the bar was closed . Again, it was 9:15 pm on a Saturday night. Not a good experience

Have the employee's lost a bet?
Employees appear to answer to no-one and are generally in a bad mood all the time, particularly in the bar area. It seems like the bartenders are working off some sort of dept they owe back to the bar like indentured servants? Why are they so miserable? Food has gotten better over the past year, but still average at best. Bar area service is terrible. The kitchen seems to be ventilated improperly (grease and food fumes can get un-bearable)I had to leave once because of it. They sealed off the kitchen(which has not helped and ruins the atmosphere slightly.) I go there purely because of the location and certainly not the food or service.

2 out of 5
I have been to the Boneyard a bunch of times as a result of living close by. When I've eaten there it's always been pretty good and comes within what I would consider an acceptable period of time. As for the service, however, it truly is depressing. There was another review on here where someone had said the employees there don't seem to be enjoying themselves and I couldn't agree more with the statement. They aren't openly rude just very uninformed and lethargic, especially around the bar area. When you ask them for something they almost seem bothered by it. As for the rest of the place it is usually as clean as you would expect it to be though it seems there is a 50% chance every time you use the restroom that the soap and paper towels are out. If there is nothing else available I would go there but considering there are now more options close by I haven't been back.

Worst Wings
Had dinner on July 30. We ordered four different kinds of wings, spicey garlic, medium, terioky, and ranch something. All of them were so dry and chewy, tasted like last weeks re-heated. Needless to say, many were left behind. When we complained, nobody really cared. From now on when I want good wings, I will go elsewhere.

Broadview Heights Home Days Boneyard
We first ordered ribs there and it was good. The pricing was very reasonable.Went back to order wings and it was a disaster.
The service was not what you would expect. The wait was about 20 minutes and then it was still hard to get the order. The wings were not good, not to mention the skins were not cooked and not edible. The booth was staffed with all young people who could care less about maintaining
(there was one good worker there) the Boneyard quality of service and committment to food. This visit gets negative 5 stars.

Fun For All
I had a Large group of Friends meet for dinner and drinks in Jan.
Our Service was Awesome! They made sure our drinks stayed filled, and that we had everything we needed!
The Food Was Great. Our Order came out Quick! The Portions were very good!
The Prices are reasonable!
We are planning another get together in March! We really enjoyed this place.

BAD, BAD SERVICE
I ordered take-out, thank God, from what I've been reading. So, I ordered the rib dinner. The hostess asked, "like do you want fries with that?" I asked "do they come with them?" She said, "yah, do you still want them?" UH...a Beavis & Butthead moment, of course I want them! She was VERY SNOBBY. I usually tip when I get take out, this time I didn't. I'm sorry, but part of your job servicing is to put a smile on your face, even if your having a bad hair day. Oh, the ribs were decent, not the best I've had though.

Refusal to Accept Gift Card
The sweet potato fries were cold and stale. The waitress was unattentive. She basically ignored us, and left us sitting there. She was more concerned with the other table with six people. My problem is, we are still customers, even though there was only two of us. We deserved descent and prompt service, also.
To add fuel to the fire, they would not accept the giftcard we had for the Boneyard. They claimed it was for the Mayfield location, only. The gift card does not say that. We were told that they only took paper gift cards. This is 2006. I don't know anyone who still does that.
We will try the Mayfield location, to see if they are any better.

Don't recommend it!
This is a meeting place for myself and a friend. I've been here twice. The first time we ordered drinks and an appetizer. The chips were stale and the artichoke dip was is a tiny bowl. THe second time I went to The Boneyard, we ordered food and drinks. My beer was luke warm. The food was okay. The service was mediocre. The wait staff seems to be bored with their jobs and they walk around with no enthusiasm. My friend seems to have no problem with this place. I, on the other hand would go to Winking Lizard 10 out of 10 times if only one would open in the Brecksville, Broadview Hts area. They have always cold beer and the bar food is terrific!

A Wonderful Place to Dine if you like bad service
I went to eat here, just looking for something different and believe me it looks great until you meet with the service, of all the places I've ever been to this by far was the worst service I have ever recieved. Including the Management. I thought the customer was always right was the rule of thumb in all restaurants, certainly not this one. And unless you enjoy fried greasy foods and want to get fat please enjoy, otherwise the food really isn't heart friendly, and so far from healthy you may just have a heartattack from the grease alone. So if you want to be treated like an idiot please stop in and have fun. If it wasn't for the bar business it probably would have crashed & burned. Thank you for a most eye opening experience! And...on a Saturday night!
My wife and I have been there a few different times. This time we agreed to meet friends there. Wonderful. Not a single complaint from us. My steak was awesome, the nachos were huge, the service was super and all-in-all a wonderful night out!

FUN FOR WHOLE FAMILY
My family and I were on our way back from the Cleveland Air Show, and we were looking for some place diffrent to eat other than your traditional restruant. When we saw a sign for the Boneyard Beer Farm. At first my wife was kind of unsure weather it would be kid friendly or not. So I went in to check out the menu and the atmosphere, when I first walked in I was really IMPRESSED!!! Everything was very clean and the hostess wasa very professional and friendly. She let me see a menu and assured that they were very kid friendly, and she was right we allloved it!!!! and plan on returning...

Run Away!
Last night was my second attempt to get a decent meal at The Boneyard. The first time, my steak would have been suitable for a deer salt lick, so this time, I asked my waitress which of the strip steaks was not so heavily seasoned. She made her recommendation and added that she would enter it as light on the salt. She then never brought my salad and blamed it on others instead of taking responsibility. My steak was again suitable for the deer in winter and when I sent it back, the server never bothered to bring over a manager. I soon found out why. I asked for the manager and his response was pretty much, "What do you want me to do about it? My sever is good and we don't really get complaints about the food, so the problem must be yours" He made a point of explaining which steak wasn't heavily seasoned in a really condescending tone and when I explained that I had asked my waitress which one wasn't heavily seasoned and that she pointed me to the heavily seasoned one, he picked up our check after making sure that we'd never be back (seriously, he asked), because apparently they're perfect there and a customer with a bad experience...make that two bad experiences, is to be removed and not taken care of. So if you want ignorant service and bad food, eat at the Boneyard otherwise stay far, far away.
