By far the best
Spectacular friendly service. The best gyro and spinach pie I have had since I lived in Chicago 24 yrs ago. Thanks, Mike 07/10/09 I will be a repeat customer for sure.
I bought a gyro and spinach pie. The service was quick and friendly. I felt the restaurant was clean and healthy.

STILL OUTSTANDING
I'm pretty sure I've now had everything on the menu by now, and everything has been nothing short of spectacular. I wish they sold 55 gallon drums of that roasted red pepper hummus....I'd bathe in it.

Can't Wait To Go Back!!!
We had read that Mezza Mediterranean had really good gyros. They were the best gyros we have ever had! There was so much meat in the sandwich. I should have stopped halfway and taken the leftovers home, but it was so good that I kept eating and eating... Next time, I'll order the Junior Gyros and have some of the hummus. I plan to make this a regular stop

Excellant Food
As repeat customers, we chose Mezza to cater our eight client meeting events. We ordered large salads, hummus, chicken & gyro meat for the pita. It came with all of the "fixings". We also had Mike put together dessert trays that were quickly polished off at every meeting. The food was consistantly delicious, hot and abundant. We got rave reviews from our clients and you cant beat the service or the price.

Hidden Treasure
This is a must-visit place for Middle Eastern food - gyros, hummus, pita sandwiches, greek salads and lots more. Everything we've tried has been delicious, well-priced, and always fresh. It's great for take-out and there are tables if you prefer eating in. If you're in there for any time at all you can't help but notice how well everyone is treated...a friendly hello from the owner who remembers you, a willingness to adapt a menu item from her son, who does a fantastic job preparing your order.
Definitely a winner.

Best Authentic Middle Eastern Food Around!
Large portions with great prices. More importantly, the food is great. If you are looking for authentic, great food Middle Eastern food, you have to stop in at Mezza's. More of a take out place than a dining experience but worth the hassle of picking up and taking home!

great food. i cannot stress that enough. from the gyros to the hummus everything is top notch. also a great place for an entertaining conversation with two of the nicest people on the west side. this family run business is doing it right!!! also the place is so clean you can eat off the floor!!!!!!

Don't pass it up
I'm a gyro freak, I get one when every time I can, and Mezza makes one of the best around. Family owned place that is nothing but friendly service. Not a Gyro fan, get anything else off the menu and you will be happy. Simply the best food in town.

Best Damn Gyro In Town
Since my first gyro, I've been a regular. Mezza offers a variety of pita sandwiches, all around $6. Their speciality is the gyro, which is generous in size and absolutely the best I've ever had. Add some fries, pick up some pitas and hummus, and enjoy Westlake's hidden gem!
