false advertising!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After receining your e-mail and newspaper ads regarding the Smoked Prime rib special we decided to try it yesterday at 6:30 pm yesterday.
My wife and I placed our order only to be told minutes later that you were out of prime rib.
Wait stafff apologized. Manager refused to talk with us. We went to another restaurant and are so disappointed not sure will return.
Terrible service and experience!

Love dem' Bones!!!
The sweet smell of BBQ wafted through the parking lot as we walked in and the food inside was incredible. Pulled pork was to die for and $3.00 Big Beer special was a treat! Great staff, friendly and attentive, fun atmosphere. Our new favorite spot in N.Olmsted!

How can they stay in business
Tonight was the 2nd time we went to Smokey Bones. We tried to use a gift card that they gave us last time to make up for the terrible experience we had last time. This time was basically a repeat of the last. Tonight we came on a week night. When we got there, there were about 4 to 5 parties waiting to be seated. We were given a beeper type device as we were last time and asked to wait. I counted the empty tables and there were at least 16 empty. But no one was being seated just like time. When we finally were seated we were told by the waitress with the tattoos and chest piercings yes I said chest piercings that they had taken the hamburger off the kid’s meal which my 5 year old son wanted. Then I tried to order the $3.00 draft beer that is advertised all over the restaurant but was told they were out. At that point we decided to redeem our gift card but were told that they would not and I should contact the manager tomorrow. The last time we went it was a weekend and we waited for over an hour to get a table 2 feet away from the bar stools they we were sitting at. We ordered our food my sons hamburger came out very quick. Then we waited and waited. The people seated at the table next to that sat down a good 15 minutes after us were getting their check and we still did not have our salads yet. Of course by this time my son was done eating and very anxious to go. I found the manager and he comped the entire meal boxed it up and gave us a $25.00 gift card. If this is how they run their restaurant I don’t know how they will get repeat business. Anybody want to but a gift card

Donuts not so hot!
My husband and I just came home from having a wonderful lunch. He had salmon and I had a burger. We took home the cinnamon donuts, but were very disappointed. We had ordered them many times before and they were soft and delicious. The ones today seemed to be from yesterday. Hard around the edges and did not fall apart like they usually do. Not nearly the delicate taste of what we're used to. They were hot, but not fresh.

The BEST food in town
To start off with our server (BETH) was on the ball, she was outstaanding as a server. We had the burger super shroom with batered onion rings, (outstanding)Just under $9.00 And my wife had the NuttyCrsp Chicken salad with MO'Bread, witch was very, VERY good. Just over $15.00 (well worth the money. And Tea to round out our lunch. We can't say enough about our server Beth, she did a great job. The atmosphere was very nice, not to loud not to soft. I have to say the Service manager ( Michael Coleman) runs a GREAT restaurant. Thanks for the enjoyable afternoon.
