Dont Count on this place
I made a reservation for 20 people at this restaurant for my wedding rehearsal dinner. They told us they would hold the Willoughby room for us for our party. The night of the rehearsal we were running 25 minutes later than expected but assumed we would be fine since we called that morning to confirm we were still coming. When we got there we found out they had already seated 20 people in the room in our place since we weren't there. When i called and spoke to the owner the following Tuesday he apologized but said we should have called to let them know we were still coming. WE WERE WALKING DOWN THE AISLE IN A CHURCH!!! He also said that he didnt even start seating people until 9 p.m. (but we arrived at 08:50 and the room was already full). In my opinion these people are liars - if there is something important going on in your life, dont depend on them to come through for you. Even if they promise to "hold" a room for your event, dont count on it or you will be sorry!!

I wish I could live here!
First of all, it's impossible to state which is better: their food or their service! It's a fun bar, lively tables and you can watch your food being prepared with the open kitchen. Favorite foods: The Chicken Tortilla Soup (BEST!) and their original "Mimi's" BBQ sauce is perfect on everything they put it on. We live in Willoughby Hills and frequent this establishment often - value or the money is unbeatable; consistenly great quality; cold/generous drinks. Check out their specials on Mondays & Wednesdays (starting at 6:30) - $1/bone and the ribs are to die for. My only complaint: they're not open on Sundays!

Great Burger joint
Went to this place before a football game on the recommendation of a friend. Photos everywhere inside including a mugshot of Frank Sinatra as a young man. Reasonable prices - great slider burgers and fries. There is a full bar as well. In downtown Willoughby - college town type shopping area. Service was friendly and good.
