I wanted to visit this restaurant forever, since they were in Westlake (closed in 2003/2004). So, when I finally visited, anticipation was high (my own fault). The restaurant is really cute and romantic. The staff is pleasant. The food is very expensive. I dropped over $100 for an appetizer, two entrees, two martinis, and a tip. I had a grilled shrimp. For around $25, I received 6 medium sized shrimp and a little bit of something (rice, vegetables, I can't even remember). My husband had a stuffed eggplant entree. It was very disappointing. Salt and pepper aren't the only seasoning options. The potential is here, the idea is great. There is a patio that is right on 252 in the quaint little shopping district in Olmsted Falls. It's such a great location and such a great little building. There just needs to be a shake up in the kitchen. I will happily pay these prices if the quality is there, but right now it's not.
